[Resolved] Airtel — Data card no. [protected] no internet. Dongle purchased from airtel does not work | |||

[protected] dt: 29th june 2016 The internet is very slow and at time there is no internet at all. At the time of writing this compliant dt: 29/06/2016 0928 pm, there is no internet. The dongle does not seem to be working at all. Airtel people called to informed that some technician will come and will resolve the issues still there are no sign of any technician coming to our house. The company is cheating its customer and is charging for the services they are not providing. Repeated calls has been made to the airtel customer care. No one seems to be bothered to listen to my compliant. The services are hopeless. I seek your intervention to resolve this issue and claiming suitable compensation from airtel. The problem did not get resolved until recent, how come you are saying the matter is closed.
Please refer to my various compliant reference . Also what about the losses incurred by me due to non availability of Internet.
What about the non availability of internet all these days will this be billed to me .

Still no sign of internet connectivity . Please note that I am not going to pay the bill for Jun-July 2016.
Today i received a Bill for the month of June and July and the Archana from Appellate authority called up and said i must pay this bill and then only they will cancel the services. Airtel is thinking the Subscribers / Customers as bunch of fools and Airtel is asking me to pay for the services that was never provided . Since 23rd June 2016 there is no internet and still they are generating the Invoice.
The most funny part is today i received the Airtel Bill and also i received an automated messaged from Airtel stating that 50% of the data has been used.
I did not use the internet and still their system is showing my data usage.
Airtel must pay for the mental agony, irreparable financial loss and compensate for the investment made in the purchase of dongle.
Shameless Airtel is forcing me to pay the Bill and wants to Profit out of me.
Definitely, there is no question of continuing with Airtel, any more with this forth grade services.
My complaint need to be suitable addressed

I am really sick and tired of just getting compliant reference numbers with not sight of resolution of my problems.
Your team will just call and close the compliant number and then again a new reference number is issued what happened to my earlier complaints :

We are just waiting from 23rd June and still the problem is not resolved. Why these complaints are not addressed
In your mail you have mentioned to write to you and remind you for the pro rata waiver.
why not put reminder in your system for waiver. What waiver are you referring to. Is it just Few free airtime ???
Treat me as your customer and not your employee or your servant.
So no bill payment until the matter is resolved and adequately compensated.
