[Resolved] Airtel — Data not credited | |||
My number is [protected]. I received an sms informing on an offer 649₹ 5gb 3g data for the validity of 28 days. Since i am a constant internet explorer without a second thought i went for that offer. I recharged my number on 5th with the above mentioned amount via paytm. Transaction detail:- Order no: #[protected] Thu Nov 05 2015 [protected]. Immediately i received a confirmation sms saying 2gb has been credited to my number. But on 18th to my utter shock I found that my main balance is null. All of the sudden i complained the customer care. They said that since airtel upgradation is going on they would resolve it within 2hrs. However before two hours the main balance is credited back. But there was no mention of remaining Gb. Then I contacted again for the same. They said, they will resolve it within 2hrs since upgrades are going on. But i waited overnight to no avail. Then on 19th i contacted customer service centre again, they said will resolve in 48 hrs. I recharged this amount to have uninterrupted service. Now 48hours breakup... Plus this two days... Is it justice? Just for a recharge should we call you and beg you to credit the amount? How long should we wait? Is it customer friendly? If this is the attitude i think to switch the service provider. Who will provide for my loss? Who is responsible for it? Was this information helpful? | |||
