[Resolved]  Airtel — Data Plan Changed without my consent and Barring of my GPRS

I was using 199 unlimited 2G plan. But one day they barred my gprs facility saying that " Mobile internet usage for my Airtel mobile [protected] as on 12-Feb-2014 is Rs2989. Please pay Rs2989 to enjoy continued mobile internet services." If I am using unlimited data how can you bill me this much amount. I called customer care regarding this matter. Then I came to know that my data plan has changed to 2GB 99 Plan. I dont understand how can a service provider change a plan without the consent of the customer. And now I am not able to access internet on y phone. All my transactions are through internet only. Not only that. When I asked for 3G facility once, they told me that 3G service is not available. I ported my number from BSNL only to use this unlimited Plan. Now I am thinking of porting back to BSNL if this issue is not rectified . BSNL also providing unlimited data plans. I want to waive off the above mentioned amount and change back to 199 unlimited 2G plan.
