[Resolved] Airtel — DATA plan exhausted without usage | |||
We were out of town during the Holi Holidays for 4-5 days. we reached back on 9th March. I received a message that my DATA plan has exhausted. I want to know how is this possible when we did not use it. Is Airtel fakely billing me or someone else is using my broadband connection. I want to disconnect this broadband connection and will also not pay the bills until unless the investigation is done for the usage of the data plan.Can anyone come and check the lines or the exact issue.
