AIRTEL DATA — Post sale support not provided, dongle not working since day 1

Phone No: [protected] I purchased a dongle via calling on airtel (121) for working on internet. After my call I got a call trom Mr VIkas or VIshal his number is [protected] and he said he will send someone who will give me a dongle and install it. Afer a day MR rohit tiwari came his number is [protected]. Rohit tiwari took around 2600 rs and the proof and he assured me that the net would work.. he gave me his card with address: MSDM retails kart pvt ltd, B27, sec 65, noida All these gentlemen assured me that after activation and registration the net would work even in basement with very good speed but since the very first day it has not worked for a single minute even at top floor...! All the persons and airtel customer care have been contacted multiple times everytime they are saying that they will send some body to resolve the issue but no one came. now no body is responding and picking up their cell phones. I would like to tell the people that donot fall victim of such fraud people they just take the money and provide no post sale service and its the customer who suffers... its a shamful act for airtel who claims of being the largest data provider company... just a cheater and nothing else... consumer complaint forum please take strong action against these cheaters...
