[Resolved]  AIRTEL DATA — Complaint not being resolved, Airtel Cheater Fraud Company, dont buy airtel dongle

SIm card number for data dongle: [protected] I purchased a data dongle by calling over 121 and after a day i got a call from Mr Vikas or Vishal (his no is [protected]), He told me that the dongle will be best and will work fine in all places in my hospital even in the basement. the next day another representative Named Rohit Tiwari came, his card was as MSDM kart retail pvt ltd, Noida. He took around 2600 Rs from me for the dongle. and he assured me that after the activation it would work, But now its about a month the dongle has not worked for a single day. Error message comes "Simcard not detected" I have called the customer care number of times and every time they assure me that some representative will come on my hospital to resolve the problm in 1 day. But even after multiple complaints no one came, very cheap response from airtel and it is really shameful... All the dealing person's mobile numbers are not picked. (vikas, rohit tiwari) and more disguesting thing is that now they are sending me the monthly bills! Really shameful for the airtel. today I got a call from [protected] and they advised me to write this mail.-- I purchased this connection for doing the hospital marketting and it is nothing but a headache for me... Its high times and I request the higher authorities to:- 1. Resolve the issue soon or 2. refund the full amount to me...
