Subject :- data usage is totally different than what my office employees use.
With due regards and respect i owner of "disha outsourcing pvt. Ltd." we are a recruitment company with 3 members in office who use naukri.com and download resume in word and use outlook) wants to bring to your notice that we bought a plan in april 2017 (Inr 899 /60 gb) and paid advance of rs 3102 later i was asked to pay rs. 4 god knows for what? I paid...
After that i started to check data usage report on airtel app, how much usuage my team is doing...in a day...
I saw that on 14th june my data usage is 100 % (60 gb consumed in just 10 days (Exclude sundays and half day of saturday) so i bought 5gb smart bytes, but to my surprise they got consumed in just 1 and 1/2 day and speed was very slow. My business suffer alot because of this...
I then called customer care... And bought 25 gb for 200, today its 18th sunday to my surprise... My whole data is consumed.
My office hours are from 9:30 - 6:00 pm (My team leave the office on time) 2 saturdays in a month are half day. All sunday off, then how come 8gb got consumed today on sunday... I want airtel most respected team to take quick action on the same.
As my small yet very important business suffers and i will be in huge loss (It will hardy effect airtel), not only this i can not make my customer unhappy because of this, i understand what is a customer.
For your reference i have shared a print screen of today's (18th june) usuage...
