Airtel — deactivate airtel postpaid booster data pack | |||
Sir, I, amitava ghosh, am holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of kolkata, westbengal. For the last 6 months i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable for last 6 months in 121. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 350/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan. You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel. I am also not able to deactivate booster made for 100 and its adding every month to my bill, i neither get the option in IVR nor in my mobile app. i am a postpaid customer.
