[Resolved] Airtel — Deactivate the number without any information | |||
Sir/Madam, I was using prepaid number [protected] for 6 yrs. But 3 weeks ago suddenly sim become non functional. This sim was taken by my uncle (mama) in August 2010 on his documents and given this number to me. And then I moved here at North Bengal Medical College, siliguri, w.b. for further studies. I was using this sim for 6 years, but now the sim is non functional . I gone at Airtel store, with my uncle id proof and also my id proof. But they are not helping me.
