Airtel — deactivation of dth connection

Our connection has been deactivated by the airtel without the consent of desired of regards authority... Our consumer id is [protected], stb id-[protected], view card number[protected].. We have complained about our dth connection several times to customer care. But didn't get positive response and delayed our complaint for number of days.
Kindly activate our account as soon as possible.
