[Resolved] Airtel — Deactivation of mobile number | |||||
Dear sir, My grand daughter have shifted to usa for good and the mobile number [protected] is no more in use for more than 2 months. i requested airtel to de-activate it and [protected]@in. airtel.com informed 0n 30/07/16 that within 2 hours Our representative shall call you. (here it is worthwhile to inform that i had informed that the phone was carried by my grand daughter to usa and gave them my mobile no. [protected]) the mail came from 121 which doesn't want any response from customers. nobody had contacted till date. no idea how the problem is going to be resolved though i have paid bills up to july 2016.
