[Resolved] Airtel — Deducted Rs.47 from my main account

On[protected], my balance got deducted by Rs.47. I haven't activated any plan or services. When I called customer care they said the balance was deducted due to use of Internet after Internet balance got finished, but my Internet plan still has validity till Jan 4 2015 with 1.5 Mb remaining. Please help me get my money!!!. Thanks in anticipation.

Got the balance credited, no intimation from Airtel befor or after crediting. I came to know about it when i checked my balance once.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
