I bought Fastag from Airtel in nov2020. On 4/9/2022 When I travel through car at toll Tax Barrier, Toll gate was not opened after few minutes, a man sitting inside cabin, open toll gate manually by feeding car number, due to this they deduct 150 rupees in place of Rs.135. Same day when i came back and passing through same Toll Tax barrier after 3-4 hours, same problem occurred, they practice they did to open Toll gate and deduct Rs.150 in place of Rs. 35 . I have raised complaint against this through mails (for ref.attachment ) or telephonic discussion with customer care executive but no action has taken by airtel team and not taking my issue seriously. Due to faulty Fastag i bear loss of around[protected] rupees, time and petrol loss also.
