Airtel — Deduction of amount for Internet after Activating Internet Plan | |||
I Had activated 3g plan on my mobile [protected] after calling at customer care. I received a message from airtel at 3.48 pm on 26.01.2015 that plan will be activated after 30 minutes. I started using internet on my mobile after 1 to 1.30 hr and even using the internet no message for deduction of my balance came to me. After using internet for 2 to 3 days i receive the message that balance in my mobile which is more than Rs 300 at the time o[censored]sing internet was less than Re. 1. After contacting with customer care what i came to know that first we have to check whether we receive any mb or not which was not told to me by any customer care person and how anybody dream that any person not knowing anything about this will know that we have to check mb. Also attitude of the persons sitting at customer care were more than rude. Was this information helpful? | |||
