Airtel — deduction of balance and bad customer services

I had a balance of 90 or 100 in no. [protected]. And i didnt used my no. For approx 3 months. But when l checked balance it was only 20. i want my balance back. I am trying to call customer care no. Bt my call is not getting connected. worst customer service. Refund my balance immediately.
