Sir, i recharge rs 54 trans id [protected], for special offer of data in my mobile no [protected], where in it was stated as 500 mb data for 28 days. I recharged on 24/05/2017. But where it was not clearly stated that data will be served in two slots one for 300mb and other for 200mb. The first one data has to be extinguished within 7 days other wise it will not be aided with second one to get this facility. I have been suffering this kind of deficiency of services for three consecutive months. It is nothing but a cheating on the part of airtel mobile offer for my number.
Under the above, i request authority to take the matter seriously otherwise i will be compel to knock at the door of consumer court for misinformation, and deficiency of services if my deducted data for three consecutive months is not compensated.
