Hi,
My mob # [protected] (Ramakesava Reddy), who opted Airtel 4G sim[protected]U) in Bangalore. I have activated collected 4G sim in Pune, services are deactivated from Nov 9, NO solution so far.
Have visited closest your store and collected new sim[protected]U) since previous sim was having defect by providing req docs.
Since 4 days, i am not getting any resolution from customer care even after spending minimum 30 mins in every attempt.
Employee Praveen Kumar (floor manager, who has been addressed my call at Nov 12th around 9 PM) was given irresponsible answers which was unacceptable.
How SLA works when there is a mistake in your service? Why fault 4G sim has given to customer? In this situation, why can't you guys solve issue at early stage to enable services?
Please clarify my issue ASAP !
