I have ordered a broadband connection on 04.12.2016. The referrence number is TBLR7276342. Its the 4th day and still there is no call or confirmation sms regarding when i will get the broadband connection. I called the customer care and they asked me to send a mail to airtel generic id [protected]@airtel.com. Once i dropped a mail, i received a reply like this

and respond to you within 2 days.
We appreciate your patience.

Dear Airtel, Why there is so much time needed to process a request. You are sending your representatives in an hour to collect documents or payment. But why the same speed is not reflected in the service? I am requesting you to provide the broadband as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
