[Resolved] Airtel — Delay in shifting and no proper response | |||||
--I raised a request for shifting the connection on 25th apr 16 I got a mail as connection will be shifted in 5 working days(max) --I followedup through registered mobile number and mails No one called me but received mail on 4th may as "connection established successfully" --I escalated the issue as "without providing the connection, why should i receive a mail like this on 5th may --I want to get back my amount or provide the connection with todays date the connection start date as they tortured me a lot --I sit ideally in my home on weekends (121 guys told me connection will be provided today) --No one called me for shifting and i raised request for cancellation of the connection I have all the proofs with me Ref27223401 REF30572988| Was this information helpful? | |||||
