[Resolved]  Airtel — Delay in shifting and no proper response

--I raised a request for shifting the connection on 25th apr 16
I got a mail as connection will be shifted in 5 working days(max)
--I followedup through registered mobile number and mails
No one called me but received mail on 4th may as "connection established successfully"
--I escalated the issue as "without providing the connection, why should i receive a mail like this on 5th may
--I want to get back my amount or provide the connection with todays date the connection start date as they tortured me a lot
--I sit ideally in my home on weekends (121 guys told me connection will be provided today)
--No one called me for shifting and i raised request for cancellation of the connection

I have all the proofs with me

I lost my Sim nd my mobile no is[protected]

Mobile no.- [protected] mobile data services not working although validity is upto 18th august, 2015.

I made a recharge of rs 90 through airtel app. Amount transferred to INB BHARTI AIRTEL. But my account not credited with the same of 90 rs. Exacutives are also not responding against the same recharge.
