Airtel — Delinking aadhaar number with airtel payment bank

Hi,

This is regarding delinking of aadhar number with airtel Payment bank.

When i bought airtel sim card few years ago using my aadhar card, airtel linked my aadhar with airtel payment bank.i am not aware of anything that there is such airtel payment bank and they have not even informed regarding this.
I never used airtel bank nor heard of this.
Now, i am facing problem that i am not able to delink this and link my aadhar to another bank.
I spent several weeks in reaching out airtel stores, airtel customer care and fed up with their non cooperative behavior.
