[Resolved]  Airtel — demanding payment inspite of disconnection of broadband

Dear Sir/madam, On April 14 2015, it was informed that the net connection for the landline no[protected] in the name of Shri C K Sridhar was to be disconnected. The same was agreed to and a note made by your officials. Subsequently there were subsequent calls from one Mr Ramesh who had sent one of his technical person to the residence and finally it was decided only the landline no would be held for practical purposes with no net connection and payment would have to be paid only for that. But inspite of the same i had received a bill for the usual amount of Rs.1600 + in May 2015 which was the amount i had paid previous months. Subsequent calls to 121 latest being in June 2015 when it was indicated that an amount of Rs.2000 will be adjusted from the last 2 months' bill and then balance in July 2015. Inspite of the same i see mail in my mail box for payment of two months bill amounting to Rs.3200 + Please note even for the month of April 2015 i had paid the full amount instead of half the months net consumption.
