Airtel — DId not disconnect my connection | |||
I am an engineering student who got a connection which was needed temporarily after me informing airtel Internet provider person in my place.My airtel number[protected]_tn is not disconnected insipte of me being informed personally by the airtel person who provided me the connection.I am not living in the provided address for about three months and now i received a call from a rude airtel person in chennai saying that the connection is still active and i need to pay around 5000 else they will file a complaint against me.If the connection is still active why did they inform me that they will disconnect my connection i am very unhappy with the services and i need a proper solution for my problem.
