Airtel — Did not return my advance amount | |||
I am loyal customer to Airtel since 2007. I have booked Airtel Broadaband service in the month of July-2014. An airtel executive came and collected 1000/- as an advance for the installation. The connection was not made due to unavailability of line in this area. The money has not refunded yet. Made a compliant with Airtel No# 50007248, but no response. When I contacted Airtel Chennai CC to[protected] they picked up the call didnt answer. I didn't expect this from Airtel. Shame on the service and followup. Was this information helpful? | |||

Applied for Airtel Broadband in Chennai and paid 1000 Rs to Airtel executive. Later they told BB connection is not possible in my Area. I have been waiting or my money since June2014. They are not responding now even after creating the compliant 50007248. How can I get my advance money back from Airtel? When I the local contacted local customer care[protected], no update from them.
