Airtel — did recharge of 1351 and supposed to get for twelve months but not received for one day also my monthly package is 162 rupees

I have received a message from your team below the details and did recharge for the same. however I have not got the offer below said. kindly look in to the matter in serious and get the below offer applied in my account.
Your customer care is very very pathetic and very negligence answer nobody has courtesy to address my concern.
Now they are denying the same by saying it's not applicable for your account.
