Airtel — didn't receive cashback on electricity bill as mentioned on bill

I have submitted my electricity bill of 780 of bses yamuna ltd. Through airtel payment bank.

Because it give me a offer of 50 cashback on bill payment of above 500rs. Also this offer printed on back side of electricity bill.

But i didn't get any cashback by airtel payment bank.

Its seems that i have been cheated by this company.

Please take action on it.
