[Resolved] Airtel — Digital TV | |||
Our Digital TV Customer ID is [protected]. For last 6 days there has been no signal. We have contacted customer care and they are saying that there will ne signal problems from 5th to 21st March due position of sun and many customers are facing such problem as if we are taking free service. And the funniest part is that Airtel is asking money for a visit to check there own problem. Are you going to refund the subscription amount from 5th to 21st March ?
