[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Deducted money without any reason | |||
Hi, I have recharged my airtel digital tv with customer id [protected] in august 2013 with 1 year subscription of value sports hd package with around Rs 2900. Now in month April 2014 I am getting alert from airtel stating that my account is going to be suspended within 5 days. When I called customer care they told that I didn't called them at the time of recharge, though I have called them and activated the same but now they are not admitting the same. They have activated some top up packages (star cricket) which I have never asked for. There are no tools provided by airtel where I can track all my transaction.Due to that they are taking unwanted advantage by deducting money for no reason.Last year the same thing happened and after calling many time to customer care and putting complaint on this forum the problem was resolved.
