[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Fake Offers

Sir, I get a Call from airtel digital tv costumer care and give a offer, that is to free upgrade of setup box (my set up box expired its warranty) with 6 month warranty and 1 month free recharge.but technician came to my home but they didn't upgrade setup box and collect 150 Rs for service fee and 200 for recharge.So many time I call costumer service..but they said there is no offers like this.and they told if you have problem with your setup box we will change that.now my remote not working.they give fake offers to make renewal recharge, please take action on this.I get offer call from this no [protected], and airtel costumer care no is [protected].
