my airtel digital tv is not working from the day when i brought.
it is a new connection. i have paid and brought a new connection.
after that if i call to toll-free nos it is not working.
if called to this no[protected].
if i say my connection is not working. your balance -2000. i told i have brought a new connection. please let me know what is a problem. as per the plan it has to come to 2 months. the day when i brought is not working at all then why i have paid i brought. please give me some i will check and let you know kept for hold 30min. not responding at all.
after 30min they are tell we need 24hrs to resolve the problem. it has been 2 weeks till the date. no body is ready to resolve the problem. 20 calls i have made to customer care. now i don't want a connection. i want my money back. i am not happy with the service.
