Hi,

I had requested for a disconnection of my digital tv connection - account no. [protected]-001 - more than a year back.

However, the account still seems to be active and is not disconnected. Please disconnect and close it asap. The account still shows a rs. - 68 balance. I don't know why it should even be active after a year.

I have repeatedly called for closure of this account.

Updated by Vamsi Vanka Instead of disconnecting, for some reason. this account has been credited with Rs. 200. I didn't pay this. Nor do I want any balance. I have disconnected & removed the Airtel Dish at my residence.

PLEASE DISCONNECT THIS IMMEDIATELY.

Updated by Vamsi Vanka This is still not done. Airtel is still sending me messages that the account is active. How can I get this deactivated?
