[Resolved] Airtel — Disconnected without notice | |||
Dear airtel, Without any email notification my number [protected] was disconnected, nor was i given any chance to reply regarding the same. I just received a call while i was traveling, saying that since some promotional smses were sent from my number, its being disconnected. Although i have not been using this number for promotional purposes (Which has been with me for 6 years now), and do not intend to do so in the future, a few smses were sent from my number last week during the testing of my new app launch which asked a few vendors to install our newly developed app. But it was not a regular affair! Since this number is associated with a lot of bank accounts and other portals, request you to activate the number for one week, so that i can get a new number in all these services after contacting them, after which i will voluntarily give up all the airtel services. I have already requested for giving up our airtel broadband service as well due to this. In case there is a way to activate the number permanently with declaration from my end that no more smses that sound vaguely promotional will be sent, let me know how that can be done. I have been a regular customer of airtel for more than 6 years and would like to end it permanently on a happy note! I recharged 3g data pack but i did not get complete 3g data speed . i got speed below 2g data speed so please give my data pack speed information.
