Airtel — disconnection of airtel broadband, reg. | |||
By june, i have requsted to disconnect my airtel broadband services (A/c no:[protected]) through a nearby airtel store and paid all the dues upto june. By 27th july, from airtel mrs. Prianka selvakumar called me and update me that for the next 3 months airtel was providing broadband service absolutely free. But i repeatedly told her that i don't want broadband since nowadays i haven't using and request for immediate disconnection. Even though i have denied for continueing broad band service, without my consent she has sent me mail for continueing services. (Please find the photocopy of that email in the attachment) From july to till date, i haven't used a single gb of broadband in my connection but airtel is sending me bill for every month. I i have requested for disconnection but, i have been forcefully given continued broadband services and also billed every month. So i request onceagain to disconnect my broadband services and waiver the outstanding bill as i have used for the last 6 months.
