Airtel — Disconnection of Airtel landline no.[protected] | |||
I have logged a complaint with Airtel call centre for disconnecting the landline no. on 2nd Sep and have taken the complain no. I was informed by the executive that i will get a call on 3rd Sep for confirming the request. i never got a call hence i called up again to Airtel on 3rd evening. i was surprised to know that the executive had not raised the request for disconnection. then the lady told me that she will transfer the line to disconnection dept. and they will take the request. i was put on hold for more than 15 minutes but nobody came on line then i had to disconnect. this is really bad service and it is very clear strategy to ensure customer is not able to disconnect the number and they earn their profit.
