I am on international roaming since 3rd september. On 25th of september i stopped receiving any signal on my aitel sim, till today i am not receiving any signal. I have complained lot of times to airtel, they are not able to resolve my issue, but at the same time, they are sending me monthly bill.
I requested them to waive my bill for the period which my sim was inactive, but they are not responding and they are not activating my sim.
Due to this i am not able to use my credit and debit card, as all my cards are linked to this number.
Untill they activate my sim, i can not even pay my bills as i cannot receive my otp. Was this information helpful? |
