[Resolved] Airtel — Discontinuation of iptv and wifi services | |||||
I have been a very long customer of airtel and as they are forcing all to discontinue iptv, i called the 121 customer to enquire about the refund and i was told the whole amount 1750 +500 =2250 inr has been charged as activation charges whereas i was told at that time if you disconnect you will be refunded the amount of set top box. It;s a pure cheating with so many customers as no one would have those papers with us. Why such a big company like airtel has to come to this level to fraud and looting people openly.
