My airtel sim and mobile number [protected] not working despite full year validity . 10 days back i was planning to port my number to another carrier but i got a request from airtel to keep going with them . i gave a thought perhaps i should wait for some more time with them despite i knew bad network which is frequent from last 3 months.
and this was my mistake perhaps. i made a full year validity recharge of 1498/- and network gone progressively as i recharged it . 1st the outgoing and then incoming and now full network though the my my airtel app shows full validity and recharge.
how disgusting to note that a day before i was on with this network & all of a sudden you are disowning your customer despite a valid sim .
its really shameful on part of airtel -wasted my whole day of transactions ! please refund back my amount asap
