i have visited your Gandhi Nagar Branch, Bangalore 15 days back then again on last Thursday to bring 3 number under Family Plan.
i have four numbers

[protected]
[protected]
i informed them to have a family plan of three first numbers under Rs. 1199. and last number ([protected]) as Rs.199/- prepaid.
But in my mobile app, it was appearing that my number and [protected] are appearing as Family Plan and [protected] and [protected] are appearing as Rs. 299 Postpaid Plan.
Again i visited on Thursday afternoon and informed them about the problem.
But they shown me in their laptop that.. things are properly registered but it was not appearing in my mobile app. There is no answer from Gandhi Nagar branch.
Again i paid Rs. 1700/- for :
Prepaid plan for [protected] and
including in the Family Plan for the number [protected]
The laptop of the Gandhi Nagar branch is showing 3 numbers in my Family Plan and one number as prepaid. but in my mobile app first two numbers are shown as family plan, when i tried to add another number. Error message is appearing.
On Friday evening, when my son borrowed 15 gb, thought that, it will be taken from the Family Plan since his name already included on Thrursday at Gandhi Nagar Branch. But yesterday, i received a message that, i have to pay rs. 937 for 15gb data of [protected] number.
whats going on about the service you are providing, i am confused.
Yesterday evening i called your customer Care number (Mr.Naveen) When i informed him to check the status of my Family Plan. He said that, only two numbers are appearing ir [protected] and [protected]. i told him to lodge a complain but he refused saying that, third number ( [protected]) is not appearing in my family plan.
You tell me now.. what should i do ?
