Airtel — disruptions in airtel broadband/wifi signal/access/service | |||
Please be informed that i have been complaining (Thru emails) regularly to airtel for the past 15 days and yet my broadband/ wifi internet signal remains disrupted most of the time. My airtel broadband/wifi id is [protected]_dsl. My contact mobile numbers are [protected], [protected] Airtel office had recently advisedme thru sms that they would convert the above connection to fibre for trouble free service and also that their engineer would be visiting my address to check the status, but no one has visited till now. Please note that in case the issue is not completely taken care of within 4 days from today (30/10/2019) then i will no other option but to discontinue with airtel services without further reference, and i shall also not be liable for any disputes in payment of their future bill/s.
