My mobile number has been registered under ndnc registry since 27/08/2007 vide registration no. F[protected].
In spite of this, i get about 20 commercial sms messages and about 3 sales calls per day. How does this happen?
2. When i tried to complain about this on airtel website http://www.airtel.in/forme/dnd/dnd_complaint, i am required to mention mobile number from which i receive every sms and call on every day! That would mean that every day i would have to enter about 15 separate complaints about each number!!
3. When i tried calling 1909 for help, they also insist that they require all the numbers from which i have received text messages and calls, without which they cannot lodge a complaint. Is a customer supposed to enter hundreds of numbers in order to lodge a complaint? Was this information helpful? |
