Airtel — Document request for Prepaid mobile continues even after submitting documents

I am an airtel prepaid customer since last 10 years (no. [protected]). On Saturday 23rd Nov 2013 I submitted my documents once again after i recd an auto call to submit my documents. I submitted my documents at Airtel Gallery in Sandhu Garden Chembur, Munbail. I have the acknowlegement receipt for the same. I was informed by airtel that my mobile connection will continue and as the document request was ful filled.
However today on Nov 30th 2013 I again recd an auto call to submit my documents.

Please stop harrassing loyal customers who have been with you for 10 years even though they are on Prepaid. Last year i had similar issues and my calls were blocked and i had complaint on this site. This year again if no action is taken and if my connection has any issues I will make sure i port my number to other service provider.

If you want to retain a 10 yr long customer please make your processes efficient enough..
