Airtel — dongle not working | |
Sir, I am staying in adajan and have visited the office about 10 times, tried to contact them to get my dongle working a month has passed without using the dongle and am asked to pay a bill generated though i have not been able to use the dongle. Your people does not attend my calls and finally again a new bill be generated. I have been asked to pay rs.500/- and get my dongle activated but till date no body has the time for elderly persons like me. I had met them and told them about my problem and that i have been using airtel since mar'2004. No body is interested in rectifying my problem.
