Airtel — double payment of postpaid bill | |||||
I'm udit. My mother is using airtel postpaid sim. On december 5th i have paid my bill of rs 601 through phonpe app. The transaction was successful but it showed some error. So i tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 1202 rs was reduced. So please do me the favour and return my money to my sbi account. Herewith i have enclosed the screenshot of my payment history for paying the same bill twice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
