[Resolved] Airtel — double recharge and refusal of airtel entertain | |||||
Mistakenly i recharged my mobile no [protected] two times, on 26/07/2017 with an amount of 499 each time, when i contacted the customer care to cancel the second recharge, they flatly refused to do so and told me that you should have taken care before recharging, when i asked them to give atleast double benefits of recharge, they refused and told me that your recharge will be valid only for 84 days which is the benefit of a single recharge. This is not the business ethics and also their customer executive was very rude in behaviour, now i am thinking of porting out all my airtel no.in my family. Was this information helpful? | |||||
