Airtel — draining money from my Internet -3G

Dear sir I am deeply aggrieved to inform you that Airtel co is stealing MB's from my connection No. [protected]. I was downloding a program worth 52 MB but as soon as the program was over it has shown deduction of 85 MB. The second attempt was not made and it has shown deduction of 152 MB (left over balance). P l do justice in this regard or else there is demoralising effect in continuing for service with AIRTEL. Please take action against the individuals who are providing deceitful and degenerating service to the customers and return my stolen MB's in my account as early as possible. thank you ARUN KUMAR TIWARI Mech Er BHEL Haridwar
