Airtel — DTH Can not talk to customer care for pre-sales queries

I had a few pre-sales queries and hence I called the Airtel DTH customer care. I thought when I select the option for a new connection, I will get a chance to talk to the customer care. However all they do is for new connection enter your pin code. That's it after that the call hangs up.

While this is Okay, it would have been better had there been an option to also talk to the customer care.
I request Airtel to provide that option to allow prospective customers to talk to the representative.
