i am deepan chakravarthi M ... I had taken Airtell DTH connection past Four month South New Mega HD Rentel of 477.Rs. customer id is [protected]. i had call to local airtel services provider.she simple said this is not our problem... and very rood behavior through tele communication . later i had to call customer care and register complaint about this. customer complaint number is[protected].
Services technician came and check and replied your cable was connection with more joist... so only this problem created... i replied initially this local services provider from air tell and installation done .
service technician told change the total connection with out joints. its chargeable.
this is not far... i am totally disappointment for this attitude... now i am willing to withdraw air tell DTH Connection... what is the producer ...
few hours later local services provider asking pin number and close this complaint. i am asking my problem not solved ... then how to close my complaint. she replied today we closed the complaint and tomorrow we solve your complaint..
