Airtel — dth payment has been processed for rs.991 but still the balance is showing 24.70

Hi I am P Suresh, I recharged my airtel DTH for a 6month plan for Rs.991 on 9/4/20 morning around 10:15am the payment has been processed but still my balance amount is still showing as 27.40 on Airtel Thanks App, website and even[protected] mesage.
