I have airtel dth hd with dvr. Last 3 to 4 weeks i am facing low signal issue from the common dish provided. Signal in both the tuners are very less, leading to pixzilisation and some channels not coming. First complaint was raised on 29thjun 17. (Ref: 62533607 no response. Second complaint was raised on 01 july (Ref:[protected], after a weeek a service technician came at 6.30 evening and confirmed that signal is week he need to go up and tune the antena, as it was almost 7 pm as per society rules no work will be allowed after 6 pm on terrace, so he said he will come next day, but never turned up. 3rd time again complaint on 22nd jul (Ref:[protected], every one hour airtel customer will ask for time to come when time is given they call again and again for rescheduling. Very pathatic service. No sense of commitment. Shamelessly asking for more time even after 20 days.
Pl return my subscription amount.
