Dear concern
This is regarding my issue no 63348906.
I had raised a request on friday (21 july 2017) for relocation of my dth from kanjurmarg west to mulund east and requested the executive to arrange the transfer for saturday (22 july 2017). On friday night (9.14 pm) i recieve a message from airtel that my request would be attended by engineer nilesh (Holding mobile number [protected]), however later on saturday afternoon when i finally get through him he tells me that i'm not the going to come someone else might call you. Later at 7 pm i recieve a call from nityaprakash mishra (Name as per truecaller app holding mobile number [protected]) stating that i'll be coming in some time. However after several follow up he told me it is late and he would like to come 11 in the morning. Then finally when i called him at 11.30am he tells some third person will reach your place by 12.30pm. Again i had call up at 1 to check and then he is not responding. When i call the customer care executive (Anuradha) for complaint, she didn't transfer my call to any senior and assured me that within 4 hours they will call me and gave a a token number 63438769. Trust me it 8.47pm and no call from them as well. Then your earlier engineer asked me to speak to some third engineer and when i tried calling the third engineer he also did not respond. Basically my two days are wasted only on following with airtel for services which i pay for.
This is completely misguiding your customers and taking them for a ride. Kindly let me know how am i going keep that trust on airtel.
Trust since 21 july no one has come and i haven't got any assurance from anyone. On 24 july people kept calling me and assuring me that they will come however it was all lie and my antenna. Was this information helpful? |
