I lost my mobile with airtel no [protected] on 26 sept at around 5.30 pm and immediately blocked the sim by calling the customer care no.
I went to the airtel store in janakpuri and got a duplicate sim which executive parameters informed would be activated after 24 hrs.
Next day when the same didn't happen i called 121 to be informed that due to technical problem i have to get a new sim. On 29th i got the new aim at around 11.30 am from dwarka sec 11 airtel store and was informed that the same would be activated in 4 hrs when i called 121 at around 8.30pm they told that it would another 24 hrs to get the same activated.
Such pathetic and unprofessional customer service from airtel.
